For over 21 years PCM has been serving clubs, their owners and the industry with its cutting edge knowledge and its "straight to the point" delivery. Born an unqualified success, PCM came into existence 21 years ago when Weider Health & Fitness was franchising their "Joe Weider Fitness Gyms". After opening over 40 across the USA and especially worldwide, Weider decided to discontinue its franchising efforts. John M. Brown a Weider Health & Fitness National Consultant left and immediately started PCM. Now 21 years later PCM owns, operates, manages, and consults regularly with over 80 clubs in the USA & South America.

PCM has been able to deliver phenomenal results for clubs over time and consistently is contacted to take on the "difficult" projects and make them work. At times operating under distressing and extraordinary circumstances, PCM has consistently been able to deliver value back to its customers at a rate close to 20:1. PCM handles projects for the long term and performs consistently year after year. With its unique and vast breadth of knowledge PCM offers an extraordinary array of actual hands on, in the trenches experience, knowledge and services.

Today, PCM continues to grow and expand its customer base by diversifying and being hired to provide business systems and advice to retail stores, private small businesses, and most recently to physicians and the health care industry. PCM is recognized by clubs and other industries for its professional way of conducting business and for being able to solve complex problems with real solutions and actions. PCM is known nationally in the club industry for its unique published articles that focus on "how to" solve problems, not just provide ideas.
